Decision buttons

Private mode
For age checks, IDs and personal details. No transcript, no AI, and the channel deletes itself when it closes.
AI co-pilot
Drafts replies only your staff can see, sorts new tickets, and answers common questions from your help notes. Switch it off anytime.
